Oat Milk Garlic Tahini Sauce

What is tahini?

A traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean ingredient, tahini is a paste made of ground sesame seeds. Tahini has a delicious rich nutty flavor and is an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen. Oat Milk Garlic Tahini Sauce


Oat Milk Garlic Tahini Sauce:
3 tbsp Seed + Mill tahini
3 tbsp Willa’s Unsweetened Oat Milk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Juice of small lemon
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Roasted Carrots:
5 large carrots
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
(optional) handful of parsley


1. For the Oat Milk Garlic Tahini Sauce, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined
2. Wash then cut carrots lengthwise
Massage with extra virgin olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste
Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown
Let carrots cool for 10 minutes before drizzling them with the tahini garlic sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
