Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 cups Willa’s Oat Milk (Willa’s KIDS Oat Milk, Original Oat Milk, or Barista Oat Milk)
¾ cup maple syrup ⁠
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt⁠
@renewalmill Chocolate Chip Cookie⁠

Instructions

- In a small saucepan over medium low heat, simmer maple syrup for 8-12 minutes or until ½ cup of maple syrup remains. Remove from heat and let cool
- In a bowl, combine the maple syrup with the remaining ingredients. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and put in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen
- Scoop and top with a crumbled @renewallmill chocolate chip cookie. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
