Two of our morning favorites - Earl Grey tea and muffins - made into one! These Earl Grey Muffins with Lemon Glaze are vegan, full of wholesome ingredients, and so yummy! Made with Willa’s and Arteao Organic Earl Grey Tea, the muffins are super moist and have a floral-citrusy flavor that pairs perfectly with the lemon glaze’s tang.

Plus, the lemon glaze ensures these muffins will stay perfectly moist until you eat them. Earl Grey Muffins with Lemon Glaze


Earl Grey Muffin Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 ¼ cup Willa’s Oat Milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoons salt
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Arteao Organic Japanese Earl Grey Tea
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Lemon Glaze Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-½ tsp Lemon zest


- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Use a paper towel to oil the muffin pan.
- Combine apple cider vinegar and oat milk in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Earl Grey Tea, and salt.
- Add vanilla extract, coconut oil, and maple syrup to the oat milk mixture. Mix.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Mix.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While muffins are baking, make the lemon glaze by combining powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Let muffins cool until room temperature then drizzle with lemon glaze. Enjoy!
