Best tasting and least sugar of all the oat milks. This stuff sustains me. Oat milk doesn't contain calcium, so I can drink as much as I want with my meds at night that can't be taken with dairy, and then I can have dairy the rest of the time. And the oat milk makes ya feel good too, so I do drink it in the morning too because it's so delicious. Then I get my calcium from dairy products along with it.
